-2 tsp AOI Matcha Green Tea Powder
-100g cocoa butter, melted
-2 tbsp cashew butter
-3 tbsp almond milk powder
-2-3 tbsp fine natural powdered sugar
-1 tsp sunflower lecithin
-Pinch of salt
-Dissolve almond milk powder in 2 tablespoons of hot soymilk or water in a small bowl.
-Add the sugar into the bowl mixture.
-Melt the cocoa butter (do this by placing the chocolate into a small bowl and then placing the same bowl into a larger bowl or pot of hot water. This helps to melt, not burn.
-Transfer the melted cocoa butter and almond milk into a blender and mix well.
-Slowly add in the cashew butter, lecithin, salt and matcha powder. Adjust to taste.
-Once the mixture is fully blended, pour into chocolate molds (any shape that you choose) and let them cool in the refrigerator.
