-1 tsp AOI MATCHA POWDER
-3/4 Cup Water
-3/4 Cup Non-Dairy milk
-1-3 tsp agave syrup
-Mint (3 drops of Peppermint Extract OR 1 peppermint tea bag OR 1 large sprig of fresh mint)
-Foam = 1/3 cup non-dairy milk + 1/4 tsp AOI MATCHA POWDER + drizzle of agave syrup
-Heat water in a small pot just before boiling. Add your choice of mint into this hot water. If you are using the tea bag or mint sprig, let this sit for about 1 minute before removing. If using the extract, there is no need to wait. Remove the sprig or tea bag before proceeding to the next step.
-Add in the AOI MATCHA POWDER to the mint water and whisk until all lumps are gone.
-Heat up your non-dairy milk to a boil. Once hot, pour this into a serving mug along with the mint matcha water mix.
-Stir in the agave syrup to sweeten.
-If you have a foaming machine, use this to create your foam and add to the latte on top.
-Sprinkle a last bit of matcha powder on top and drizzle more agave syrup on top of the foam.
