-2 1/2 Tbsp AOI MATCHA POWDER
-2 1/4 Cups Flour
-1 Cup butter, cut into small pieces
-1/2 granulated sugar
-Pinch of salt
-Whisk together the salt and the flour in a small bowl.
-In a separate bowl, beat together the butter, AOI MATCHA POWDER, and the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
-Add half of the flour/salt mixture into the matcha/butter/sugar bowl and mix on a low speed. Once this is fully mixed, slowly add the rest of the contents in the flour bowl. This mixture will appear crumbly , but it can be packed together with your hands. Form this mixture into a large ball.
-Roll out the dough to about a 1/2-inch thickness.
-Cut out as many cookies as possible until you have the remaining dough. Re-roll this dough and cut more cookies until all of the dough is used up.
-Preheat your oven to 325F and bake for about 15-17 minutes until the cookies are dry to the touch.
-Sprinkle with any extra matcha powder for an added flavor.
