-400g bread flour
-100g plain flour
-8g AOI Matcha Powder
-1 tbsp milk powder
-4 tsp instant yeast
-200ml cold water
-Pinch of black sesame seed
-Mix all (A) ingredients in a mixing bowl until well blended. This should form a dough.
-Then add in the (C) ingredient and mix until the dough becomes elastic and smooth.
-Mold the dough into a ball and place into a bowl. Cover this bowl with clear film and let it rest in a warm place for about 45 minutes or until the dough ball has doubled in size. This allows the dough to rise.
-Divide the dough into 60g pieces and shape them into balls. Let these rest for 10 minutes.
-Flatten the balls into rounds and place them on baking paper.
-Let these dough balls rise for the next 45 to 60 minutes.
-Brush the tops of these dough balls with egg wash and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.
-Bake at 190C for 12-15 minutes and serve!
