Matcha Pudding

Another tasty dessert treat to satisfy your sweet tooth during these summer months! This pudding is also gluten-free!

 INGREDIENTS
-3 Teaspoons AOI MATCHA POWDER
-3 Teaspoons Gelatin Powder
-75ml whipping cream
-150ml hot water)
-150ml milk
-30g sugar

DIRECTIONS:
-Over a medium heat, place a stainless steel bowl on top of a large pot with boiling water. The steam from the pot will act as a heat source without burning the actual mixing bowl and the ingredients.
-Place the gelatin powder and hot water, whisking together until powder is dissolved completely.
-Add the sugar and continue whisking until completely dissolved.
-Remove from heat and mix in the AOI MATCHA POWDER, milk, and whipping cream. Mix very well.
-Once fully mixed, strain the mixture.
-Pour the pudding mixture into any desired serving dish and store in a refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until the pudding has solidified.
-Serve cold with a dash of whipped cream if you desire! Enjoy!
