-10 g AOI Matcha Powder
-190 g Cake Flour
-120 g Butter
-80 g sugar
-1 egg yolk
-M&M's for decoration
-1 milk chocolate bar
-2 pieces white chocolate
-Soften the butter until it has the consistency of mayonnaise. Add the sugar and mix together. Then insert the egg yolk and whisk that as well.
-Using a sifter, insert the AOI Matcha Powder and the flour at the same time. Mix together and keep mixing until it becomes a dough.
-Once dough ball has been made, transfer onto a piece of plastic wrap. Form the dough into a rectangular stick that measures about 17cm long. Cover this rectangular stick in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
-After the dough has been refrigerated, cut 1 cm slices out of the dough and place onto a baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes at 300F.
-Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately. Transfer 2 tsp of the milk and white chocolate to separate icing bags for decoration.
-Dip the green cookies into the milk chocolate for the appearance of hair. Use tooth picks to shape chocolate hair in any way that you choose.
-Use the white chocolate icing bags to decorate for eyes. Use the milk chocolate icing bags to decorate for mouth, eyes, and other features.
-Use an M&M for the nose.
