-1 tsp AOI Matcha Powder
-1/2 Mint Extract
-2 tbsp chocolate chips
-2 tbsp granulated sugar
-1/2 cup skim milk
-1/2 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
-4 ice cubes
-Using a blender, place the yogurt, skim milk, ice cubes, sugar, mint extract, and AOI Matcha Powder into a blender.
-Blend this mixture until smooth.
-Add chocolate chips into blended mix and quick blend for a few seconds, once or twice.
-Garnish with a few leaves of mint.
