- 2 tsp AOI Matcha
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ½ cup of sour cream
- 3 tbsp chopped almond
- 3 tbsp chives
- 6 dashes of sea salt
- Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator before use to allow it to soften.
- Add Matcha (Green Tea Powder) to cream cheese and sour cream and blend thoroughly.
- Add red pepper and chives to the paste and mix lightly.
- Refrigerate. When cold, serve with a garnish of walnuts, chives and red peppers.
