INGREDIENTS FOR CUPCAKES
-1 tbsp AOI MATCHA POWDER
-About 7/8 cup (just below one cup) of flour
-3/4 cup of water
-Pinch of salt
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp sugar
-1 tsp powdered sugar
-Olive oil for frying
-In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and AOI MATCHA POWDER
-Add and mix in the water, salt, olive oil and sugar. Mix until all ingredients are combined completely.
-Place this mixture into a pastry squeeze bag.
-Heat up a pot of olive oil on medium. BE CAREFUL AS COOKING WITH OIL CAN BECOME DANGEROUS VERY QUICKLY. USE CAUTION.
-Squeeze the mixture into the oil and form a long circle. Let it cook evenly on both sides.
-Let it drain onto a plate with a pater towel to absorb any excess oil. Sprinkle on the powdered sugar!
-Serve and enjoy! A good companion piece is a Matcha Latte!
