Matcha Blueberry Lemon Popsicle

Trust us, this matcha blueberry lemon popsicle recipe will be one of your most enjoyable desserts for Summer time.


    - 1 Cup of Blueberries
    - 1/4 Cup of Frozen Grape Juice concentrate, a bit thawed out
    - 3/4 Cup of Sugar
    - 1 Cup of Water
    - Lemon Zest from 2 Lemons
    - 1 Cup of Lemon Juice
    - 2 Teaspoons of AOI Matcha
    - Popsicle Molds and Sticks


    - Make the Blueberry portion by pulsing the blueberries in your food processor for about 10-12 seconds.
    - Add 1 teaspoon of AOI matcha to the grape juice concentrate.
    - Combine the pulsed blueberries with the matcha and concentrate, stir.
    - Heat the water and sugar until the sugar has dissolved.
    - Add the lemon zest and 1 teaspoon of matcha to the water.
    - Remove water from heat and let it cool.
    - Pour the sugar mixture through a strainer into the lemon juice, stir to combine them.
    - Pour the blueberry mixture to fill about 1/4 of each popsicle mold.
    - Freeze each mold, then pour the lemon mix in to fill another 1/4 of each mold.
    - Freeze each mold, then repeat with each flavor and mold until they are finished.
    - Enjoy your frozen matcha treat!
