Matcha Banana Smoothie

Simple and delicious.  The Matcha Banana Smoothie is so easy to make, and is perfect for breakfast or a pre-workout snack.

Ingredients:

    - 1 tsp Matcha
    - 1 Banana
    - 1 Cup of Milk
    - 1 Cup of Ice Cubes

Directions:

    - Using a blender, mix 1 tsp of matcha, 1 banana, 1 cup of milk.
    - Blend on low to medium for 30 seconds
    - Add the cup of Ice Cubes and blend 1 minute on medium to high.
