-1 1/4 cups of mango chunks
-1/2 cup low-fat milk or unsweetened soy milk
-1/2 cup of ice cubes
-1/2 cup low-fat plain flavor yogurt
-1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon AOI MATCHA POWDER
-OPTIONAL Honey syrup.
-Using a large blender, add in the mango chunks, AOI MATCHA POWDER, milk, and the yogurt.
-Cover and blend until ingredients are well blended and smooth.
-Next, add in the ice cubes and the honey (by preference) and blend until smooth.
-Uncover, pour into serving glass, and enjoy!
