Mango Matcha Smoothie

The perfect "blend" of your favorite Matcha Tea and the taste of the delicious summer fruit, mango! Simple to make, sweet to taste, and healthy for you!

 INGREDIENTS
-1 1/4 cups of mango chunks
-1/2 cup low-fat milk or unsweetened soy milk
-1/2 cup of ice cubes
-1/2 cup low-fat plain flavor yogurt
-1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon AOI MATCHA POWDER
-OPTIONAL Honey syrup.

DIRECTIONS:
-Using a large blender, add in the mango chunks, AOI MATCHA POWDER, milk, and the yogurt.
-Cover and blend until ingredients are well blended and smooth.
-Next, add in the ice cubes and the honey (by preference) and blend until smooth.
-Uncover, pour into serving glass, and enjoy!
